European Variety

This sumptuous pear is not only sweet and juicy, but has excellent resistance to fire blight. This large Bartlett-type pear has a sub-acid pear flavor and excellent shelf life. Shenandoah stores very well without breaking down for five months.

Planting distance between pear trees: 12-14 feet.

Pollination: Self-sterile. Requires another pear tree for pollination.

Please note that we offer delivery throughout Quebec only for plants, pots 6'' and under, and accessories (jewelry, candles, plush toys).

Larger items (large plants, bulk items, and others) are available for pickup only and local delivery (45km and less). We are pleased to offer you local delivery for your plant purchases. You can choose between two time slots for delivery: 9 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 5 pm.

However, please note that in some cases, particularly when we receive large orders requiring longer preparation time, we may not be able to meet the chosen time slot. We make every effort to ensure your plants are delivered the same day, but it is possible that we may sometimes exceed the estimated time.
