The Calathea Beauty Star is an indoor plant with decorative leaves and unique patterns. To keep it healthy, here are some care tips:

  1. Light: Calathea Beauty Star plants prefer bright, indirect light to dappled light. Avoid direct sun exposure, as this can scorch the leaves. Place the plant near a bright window, but away from direct sunlight.

  2. Temperature: Keep the plant in a temperature range of 18°C to 24°C (65°F to 75°F). Avoid cold temperatures below 15°C (60°F).

  3. Watering: Keep the soil of your Calathea Beauty Star slightly moist, but not waterlogged. Water when the top layer of soil begins to dry out. Use non-calcareous water to avoid mineral deposits. Avoid leaving the pot in standing water.

  4. Humidity: Calatheas thrive in a humid atmosphere. You can increase humidity around the plant by placing a pebble tray filled with water nearby or by using a humidifier. Also, mist the leaves with water occasionally.

  5. Fertilization: Fertilize your Calathea Beauty Star with a diluted balanced fertilizer approximately once a month during the growing season (spring to summer). Reduce fertilization in autumn and winter when the plant enters dormancy.

  6. Pruning: Remove yellow or damaged leaves as they appear to encourage new growth.

  7. Common problems: Calatheas are susceptible to pests such as mealybugs and spider mites. Regularly inspect the plant and promptly treat any infestation problems.

Please note that we offer delivery throughout Quebec only for plants, pots 6'' and under, and accessories (jewelry, candles, plush toys).

Larger items (large plants, bulk items, and others) are available for pickup only and local delivery (45km and less). We are pleased to offer you local delivery for your plant purchases. You can choose between two time slots for delivery: 9 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 5 pm.

However, please note that in some cases, particularly when we receive large orders requiring longer preparation time, we may not be able to meet the chosen time slot. We make every effort to ensure your plants are delivered the same day, but it is possible that we may sometimes exceed the estimated time.
