Homalomena 'Selby

  1. Light: Place your Homalomena 'Selby' in a bright spot, but avoid direct sunlight. Bright, indirect light is ideal for this plant.

  2. Temperature: Maintain room temperature between 18°C and 24°C. Avoid temperatures below 10°C, as this can damage the plant.

  3. Watering: Keep the soil slightly moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top of the soil feels dry to the touch. Be careful not to leave the plant in standing water, as this can cause root rot.

  4. Humidity: Homalomenas prefer high relative humidity. You can increase the humidity around the plant by placing a tray of water with pebbles or by using a humidifier.

  5. Fertilization: Fertilize your Homalomena 'Selby' with a diluted balanced fertilizer once a month during the growing season (usually spring and summer). Reduce fertilization in winter.

  6. Pruning: Remove dead or damaged leaves as they appear. You can also prune the plant to control its shape and size.

  7. Repotting: If the plant outgrows its current pot or if the roots start to fill the pot, consider repotting it in spring into a slightly larger pot.

  8. Toxicity: Keep in mind that Homalomenas can be toxic to pets if ingested. Be sure to keep them out of reach of animals.

Please note that we offer delivery throughout Quebec only for plants, pots 6'' and under, and accessories (jewelry, candles, plush toys).

Larger items (large plants, bulk items, and others) are available for pickup only and local delivery (45km and less). We are pleased to offer you local delivery for your plant purchases. You can choose between two time slots for delivery: 9 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 5 pm.

However, please note that in some cases, particularly when we receive large orders requiring longer preparation time, we may not be able to meet the chosen time slot. We make every effort to ensure your plants are delivered the same day, but it is possible that we may sometimes exceed the estimated time.
