This variety is sometimes semi-trailing, but always produces beautiful, swollen, disk-shaped fruits mottled with yellow and green. A little smaller than other pattypan squash, they also stand out with a much thinner skin than that of yellow or white varieties, and white, firm, slightly floury flesh. Young raw, grated fruits have a light artichoke flavor, while mature fruits are delicious stuffed. Harvested at full maturity, these pattypan squash keep very well.

Please note that we offer delivery throughout Quebec only for plants, pots 6'' and under, and accessories (jewelry, candles, plush toys).

Larger items (large plants, bulk items, and others) are available for pickup only and local delivery (45km and less). We are pleased to offer you local delivery for your plant purchases. You can choose between two time slots for delivery: 9 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 5 pm.

However, please note that in some cases, particularly when we receive large orders requiring longer preparation time, we may not be able to meet the chosen time slot. We make every effort to ensure your plants are delivered the same day, but it is possible that we may sometimes exceed the estimated time.
